RESERVATION POLICIES:

Flotation therapy and sauna sessions can be book through our website booking link or through calling The Iowa Recovery Room.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We know that things come up, but please be courteous and call as soon as you know you need to cancel. We would like 24 hour advanced notice of a cancellation. If an appointment is missed or cancelled in less than 24 hours more than twice you will be charge for the missed service.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment at the Iowa Recovery Room in order to fill out paperwork and waivers and get a guided tour of the facility and procedures. For subsequent visits please arrive on time for your scheduled service.

FACILITIES:

The Iowa Recovery room is in the promotion of health and wellbeing for all. We are handicap accessible and will assist anyone with individual need. Please let us know if you have any special accommodations we can assist you with prior to your services. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Flotation therapy and sauna may not be for everyone. Please indicate honestly any health conditions or concerns you have prior to beginning your services with us to help ensure a relaxing experience.
