*Each membership gets one 30 minute sauna session and one 30 minute massage chair session each month and shareable memberships include two 30 minute sauna and two 30 minute massage chair sessions each month.

A few things to note when booking:
If you are booking the same day of the appointment we do appreciate a phone call in advance so that we can make sure everything is ready for you. Services such as the sauna and ice bath do take time to get to the appropriate temperature and in our attempt to conserve resources we do not keep these running at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know that things come up, but please be courteous and call as soon as you know you need to cancel as the services are reserved only for you. We would like 24 hour advanced notice of a cancellation. If you should need to cancel your services within less than 24 hours 50% of the price of the full service will be charged to you. If an appointment is missed or you do not call or show up you will be charge for 100% of the price of the missed service.
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment at the Iowa Recovery Room in order to fill out paperwork and waivers and get a guided tour of the facility and procedures. For subsequent visits please arrive on time for your scheduled service.
