Refund Policy: We understand that life happens. Jobs change, moves happen, and for this reason we do allow refunds up to 90 days from the purchasing date. Anything beyond that, services can be converted to gift cards and then given as gifts to friends and family, or simply used by the purchaser. As our service credits never expire, we try to make this as convenient and manageable as possible. If you find that you do need a refund or convert credits to gift cards, this can be done over the phone or in person at our float center. Thank you for understanding.
